Suraj Jindel, noted Yoga expert from Jaipur, India, will present an interactive lecture and demonstration at Sewick-ley United Methodist Church on Saturday, July 29, from 10 a.m. to noon.
The talk is open to the public, especially those interested in simple Yoga practices for health and well being.
