Jaipur : Genpact, a global leader in high-quality business services and technology solutions, Thursday launched a second global operations centre here with an investment of Rs.750 million.
Inaugurated by Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, the centre is spread over 2.84 acres. It is Genpacts 10th operations centre in India, the company said in a release.
The new facility will seat over 1,300 associates who will provide diverse specialised services to the banking, insurance, healthcare &and manufacturing sectors in areas of accounting, accounts receivables, order to cash cycle and customer service and technical support to Genpact customers in the US, Australia and several European countries, including Britain.
