JAIPUR: Severe duststorm accompained with drizzles affected normal life in parts of Rajasthan since Sunday night, a meteriological department official said today.
With the ongoing western disturbance passing over Pakistan and Rajasthan the squall hit the states north-west with dust raising winds of 40 km per hour, the official said.
Light drizzles to low rainfall up to 10 mm occurred in Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Ajmer and parts of this district.
In the morning, the Pink City was engulfed with an intense dusty weather followed by drizzles giving people a respite from the scorching April sun.
