JAIPUR: Five participant countries in the 2006 FIFA World Cup will carry flags made in Jaipur.
Chagan Lal and Sons, one of the flag makers here, has been asked to tailor flags and banners for Brazil, Germany, England, Italy and Croatia.
We have received the orders directly from Germany. Initially, we have been asked to prepare flags and banners for five major football champions, Rajesh Agarwal, the owner of the firm, said.
Agarwals firm has been asked to prepare about 10,000 flags and banners in polyester fabric for each country, and a part of the order has already been sent to Germany.
